Membership is open to anyone interested in baskets, whether or not they are weavers. Below are instructions to join the Guild. Membership Dues can be paid using PayPal or personal check (see below). Membership dues support Guild activities. While the General Public are welcome to attend Monthly Meetings as well as all one-day Workshops, Membership grants additional privileges.
There are two levels of Membership: Regular ($25) and Business ($35) (US Dollars). Our membership year is from January 1st to December 31st. Dues paid January 1st through September 30th pays membership for that entire calendar year. Dues paid October 1st through December 31st pays membership for those months and for the following full year (a deal!).
Regular Membership includes access to the monthly Newsletter and the Guild Directory, receipt of news and updates via eNews emails, access to the Guild’s extensive library of books, videos and periodicals, and privilege to participate in the Annual 5-day Retreat.
Business Membership additionally includes a separate listing in the Guild Directory with links to business websites, one free 1/4 page advertisement in the Guild Newsletter (one month, a $5 value), and permission to send mailings to the Guild Membership.
There are TWO ways to pay for a membership: (1) PayPal/Credit Card or (2) Mail-In a Check. If using PayPal, you can pay via a personal PayPal account, or using a separate credit card (choose “Check Out, Pay without PayPal account” in the cart). This should work both within and without the US (e.g. Canada).
Whether new or renewing, please submit a completed Membership Form. Contact information in this form is essential for the Guild Directory and for eNews announcements of Guild events and monthly Newsletter.
